All domestic orders will be shipped priority through USPS or UPS.

 

Can you overnight my order?

We do not offer overnight delivery. 

 

How long will it take my order to ship?

Please allow 3-7 days for your purchases to be shipped. 

 

Where do orders ship from?

Depending on location of availability, your item(s) will ship from one of our private facilities.

 

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we ship to all countries.

 

Tracking shows my label has been created, but no movement. Why is this?

Your shipping status may take 2-4 business days before any location updates appear. 

 

Why isn’t my shipment status updated?

Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking to update.

 

Can I add a signature confirmation upon delivery?

Signature confirmations can be added at checkout.
